Ay thank you. Took me a while to finally accept because I did love being on the Design Staff XD Lemme see, People Staff have to have a good rapport with the community. It's not by any means a popularity contest; but being quite well-known and a regular poster always works in your favour. So I think you're on the right track! (I believe last time your inactivity worked against you.)

It feels like you've been on the site for a long time; but you joined at the end of last year! I thought you'd been on here much longer than I have, haha :D

Haha, yeah. I'm not sure what they were looking for in me and what they expect of me so that I'm able to become a people staffer. I just want to know what I could improve so that I could improve it. D: Do you know what flaws they saw in me so hopefully I could change them ?D: Oh and congratulations on getting head staff. :) I was waiting for it to happen lol.

Oh wow, that would be awesome! It's a shame you weren't active enough before the last hiring, you seem like you'd fit in really well. TBH, that's what I did when I wanted in on the staff; I peppered the forums and really started getting active. It's great to see you posting more, either way - I love reading posts from newer members (or even older ones that haven't posted in a while ;) ) x
